Meet the staff of Howard Insurance below!

Charles Howard
	The founder and President of Howard Insurance, Charles Howard, is still actively involved in the agency as well as in the Hamilton community. When he’s not in Florida for the winter, Charles enjoys spending as much time as possible at the office bringing in new clients and keeping in touch with clients he’s had since the 70’s. Charles is a former President of the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce and was recognized with the Hamilton Area Chamber Presidential Appreciation Award in 2004 and 2005.

Dawn Howard Mullins
	The daughter of Charles Howard, Dawn joined the family business in 1980 after graduating college. Being close to her family has always been important to Dawn, so returning to Hamilton and working with her father was a great option. Dawn is Vice President and co-owner of Howard Insurance, and she is involved in many areas of the community, including the Hamilton Improvement Team. Dawn specializes in commercial, farm, life and health and claimes processing.

Dennis Mullins
	In 1999, Dawn’s husband, Dennis Mullins, joined the team at Howard Insurance. Dennis is a former Vice President at Lincoln Bank in downtown Fort Wayne, IN, and when faced with relocation, he decided to join his father-in-law and wife in Hamilton. Dennis specializes in auto, home and life insurance and is also a part owner of the agency. In his spare time, Dennis plays the guitar and sings in the local band, Sinister Slim.

Therese Stantz
	Over 14 years ago, in 1998, Therese Stantz joined the Howard Insurance family as our Office Manager. Therese is a graduate of Bowling Green University and is responsible for servicing, making changes to policies and answering questions about billing. With several years of previous insurance experience at Lincoln Life in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Therese is an excellent addition to our team at Howard Insurance. If you see Therese out wakeboarding on the lake, a special hobby of hers, be sure to wave hello!

Michele McDowell
	Michele McDowell is the daughter of Dennis and Dawn Mullins. She was a graduate of DeKalb High School. Michele recently joined the agency, and her focus is on home insurance, farm insurance and auto insurance. She can also assist with commercial insurance. In her spare time Michele likes to maintain her mini farm.
